I really like doing drum dancing and throat singing because it is fun. I like to learn new things. It is important for me to learn about traditional Inuit music because I am an Inuk. Karin is a great teacher.

I really like drum dancing and throat singing, but throat singing is my favourite. My favourite throat singing song is "Poor Little Puppy". I liked to teach the Grade 2 students how to throat sing. When I am older, I will teach my children how to throat sing too.

I want to be a throat singer and drummer. It is fun to talk to Karin when she is in Ottawa. Karin is a very good teacher and her son Nathan is a cutie.

Chirsty Snowball (Grade 6)
I really like throat singing and Karin is very good at teaching us about throat singing. When we meet to do video conference lessons it is very fun. I am very excited about doing a concert in our gymÑI canÕt wait to do it.

Louisa Etok (Grade 7)
Drum dancing is my favourite, but I really like throat singing too. My favourite song is the Inuksuk song that we sing while drumming. Isabelle and Karin are both fun teachers.
