We learned a lot of valuable lessons from working on the
Captain Bernier Video Conference project. Here was a list of some of them:
First, we learned that understanding orientation was important for using maps and guides of China. If we don't know how to understand a map we won't be able to go around.
Just like Cpt. Bernier used with Inuit people.

 

Language is important too. We need to learn some Chinese words.
If we get lost and if we know some key words maybe we can get information.

 

We also learned that it was important to plan our transportion, airplanes, buses and trains carefully so we wouldn't get stuck somewhere or miss a plane.

 

And finally it's important to have a good shelter.
