In the IPL group, the students are 14 to 18 years old. These students have difficulty performing in academic classes in a regular environment. In order to fulfill their learning needs, a different approach is used. They still have academic subjects, but a big part of their schedule is based on "Hands on" activities. All the projects are linked together and form a small business simulation. Students learn to be responsible towards their classmates and their clients. They also learn a basic knowledge of business administration and acquire work experience. All this will help them to become active members of their community.
