1. The Etok family used to live in different places between Nakvaak and Kuujjuaq.
2. In Nakvaak, the parents used to decide the marriage for their children; but when the other parent didn't agree, they didn't get angry.
3. When a woman was getting ready to give birth, the father of the child used to help. They used to make diapers out of caribou skin.
4. Before, the Inuit clothes were made out of seal and caribou skins. But after the white man came, they used material for their clothing.
